BASELINE INFORMATION
A collaborative and joint effort by FAITH-INDIA
training and rehabilitation services division could identify and
observe about three hundred vocations which are appropriate and
suitable for persons belonging to different disability group up
to moderate level including completely blind persons. These vocations
include those impartable on single category disability basis and
those impartable on multi category disability basis with different

has been found as one of the best among such vocations. Therefore
a separate training programme for production of handicraft items
was set up by FAITH-INDIA experimentally in the year 1998-99 and
continued to function during the report year also.
DURATION AND FACULTY
