Introduction
Training requirements are either changing or getting revised with a super speed in response to demands of complex job market with reference to growth of Technology and needs of global society. But even while newest needs and demands come and go on the basic traditional ,rural ,conventional, and culturally economic inner current of life of the people of India still play a most important role in formation and conduct of life style and activities. This factor also needs to be taken care of while planning and implementing Vocational Training Programs for persons living in different disability situations. Accordingly we have framed various short and long training programme suitable to single and multi category disability situations, ranging from cent percent manual skilled to fully technology based activity ie. right from Chair caning ,Candle making Umbrella making etc. up to Computer Applications and Electronic based training .FAITH - INDIA Institute of Advanced Training for the Disabled in Vocation Development and Innovative Production Activity is a major project providing advanced activity of training in this series.
