Introduction
The dimensions and strategies in the placement of persons with different disabilities are changing and reaching new heights, perhaps too fast to be comprehended and followed by even experienced professionals working in the field for many years. The approach and method of interventions in the job  market area has become sophisticated with inter linkage of complex job situations and factors like technology transformation and advancement, training needs and job demand disparities in compatibility of facilities with training demands and inadequacies due to lack of management inputs in indispensably need to be modified and reorganized to suit the profession of placement immediately. Although these are true in hi tech economic areas the placement service project still have a vast scope and relevance in orienting and organising rural vocational demand and placement to the needs of placement with different disabilities. This is more relevant in the context of more powers and funds given to Village Panchayats and people.

Micro Finance
FAITH-INDIA Placement Service Project has identified and selected 40 individuals with different disabilities to implementing a micro credit finance scheme by NHFDC. The NHFDC has sanctioned a credit limit up to 5 lakh to FAITH-INDIA for implementing the scheme. This scheme can lead to persons with disabilities a long way in their economic empowerment.

The team
The project has a team of staff consisting of five personnel. This team of staff have been working hard to achieve an out put more than aimed during the report year which is evident from the achievements recorded in this report.
