Events We are
going to paint !! The children
recently participated in a painting competition alongside children from
various other schools. This was a first opportunity for them to actually participate
in an event alongside those from far more reputed backgrounds. They enjoyed themselves
and also loved the feeling of competing on a level playground. The children did
wonderfully, and some of them are expected to win some prizes also. Here is a

Child of the Month Initiative In an effort to promote a sense of achievement and self confidence, we have started a scheme under which one of the children who have performed well during a particular month is chosen as child of the month. The child then gets a special treat with one of the team members as a recognition of her/his attempts. This helps in keeping the children motivated towards the learning exercise. Mallik

for his Photo Julekha is a very comitted girl. One of the very few who are regular in the class. She has also been quick in her learning and is proficient with the alphabet and basics of arithmetic. She is very proactive in helping keep discipline, helping the younger children merge into the class and also in doing small tasks for running the class.
Julekha in her new clothes Name : Mallik Mallik has been a regular student for many months. He is quite hardworking and has shown good results in both English and Arithmetics. He was chosen as the first 'child-of-the-month' because of his sustained good performance.
